# IKOUĒ

> IKOUĒ is a tech ecosystem serving Central African development. It mobilizes talents, entrepreneurs, the Diaspora, and businesses around four complementary initiatives, from Bangui to the Diaspora.

IKOUĒ ("together" in Sango) builds Central African human capital through four pillars:

- **Academy** trains young Central African talent in software development, hands-on, by shipping real products.
- **Factory** incubates startups and backs founders from idea to product (vision, strategy, product, tech, access to talent and investors).
- **Connect** bridges the Diaspora and investors to local entrepreneurs through a secure, audited portal, to fund high-impact projects.
- **Business** equips companies and institutions with digital services and tech talent, funding and sustaining the ecosystem.

The site is bilingual: French is the default locale (`/fr/…`) and English is available at the matching `/en/…` path.
